Cezanne Bauer, LMT
The foundation of my therapeutic philosophy is grounded in human anatomy and physiology, and I believe massage works with the nervous system in a unique way. I utilize slow, mindful, and efficient techniques designed to provide relief from stress and pain. Integrated massages are designed to meet the individual needs and goals of each client
My intention is to provide an opportunity to experience the connection of the mind and body. I utilize massage to help clients manage anxiety, chronic pain, specific injuries, and nurture the client’s own healing process.

Abdominal Therapy
This is a gentle massage of the abdomen that enhances the flow of blood, lymph, nerve impulses, and chi. Increased flow restores balance and encourages the body systems to work together efficiently. Self massage techniques are taught and encouraged to enhance the results of these professional sessions. This combination of self-massage and professional guidance will support you to come in to conversation with this area of yourself and to lovingly encourage healing.
What to Expect:
During a session you will be unclothed and draped as you would for other types of massage. Treatment includes the upper and lower abdomen. The uterus sits just above the pubic bone, so we will be working in the space from just below the ribs to just above the pubic bone.
Sessions also include massage to your back, hips and sacrum. This reduces tension and restrictions to align your pelvis and to decrease congestion in the belly and the pelvic bowl.
Regular treatments can support fertility and help relieve symptoms of:
Menstrual pain and endometriosis
Ovarian cysts and PCOS
Pelvic Pain
Urinary incontinence
Pelvic organ prolapse
Digestive disorders of all kinds
Scar tissue and surgical recovery
Please Schedule around your menstrual cycle. Your first treatment should not be done when you are menstruating.
